100% Albariño, located at 200 m elevation, in the Condado do Tea area. Superficial and not very fertile soil, with a lot of granite. A hillside surrounded by the River Miño and the mountains of the Peneda-Gerês Natural Park. Limited production and aged on fine lees for several months.
Tasted blind. This is a complex and complete wine, really burgundy style. The nose is ripe, gunpowder, flint, toast and oak. On the palate, it is full of energy, powerful, with electrifying acidity and concentrated flavours. However, the best is yet to come, as it is still a baby, and the energetic temperament it will transform into finesse and elegance. It is a very dynamic wine, with an incredibly long finish. I am overwhelmed by it. (FC)
